2. What we collect on this site

When you submit our waitlist form, we collect:

  • Email address — to contact you about the product launch
  • Pain answer (optional) — to understand the problem you're trying to solve
  • IP address and user-agent (automatic) — for security and abuse prevention

We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral analytics, or fingerprinting on this page.

3. What the product collects (when shipped)

When you connect Shippadkit to your Lovable project and your GitHub account, we receive:

  • A GitHub OAuth token with scope limited to repository write access for repos you explicitly grant.
  • Project metadata — Lovable project ID, iteration timestamps, and the prompts that generated each iteration.
  • Source code snapshots — but only what we transmit directly to your GitHub. We do not retain copies on our servers beyond the brief moment needed to push the commit.

You can revoke our GitHub OAuth token at any time from your GitHub Settings → Applications.

4. Why we collect it (legal basis)

  • Contact you about the product launch and pricing — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Process pre-orders if you choose to purchase — contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Snapshot your projects to GitHub on your behalf — contract performance
  • Respond to support requests — legitimate interest

5. Who we share it with

We use the following sub-processors:

  • Resend (USA) — email delivery infrastructure. EU traffic processed in eu-west-1 region.
  • Stripe (USA / Ireland) — pre-order payment processing.
  • Vercel (USA) — website hosting and CDN.
  • Cloudflare (USA) — DNS and email forwarding.
  • GitHub (USA) — destination for your code snapshots (when product ships).

For transfers outside the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. How long we keep it

  • Active waitlist contacts: until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months after product launch.
  • Pre-order records: 7 years (Polish accounting law requirement).
  • Project metadata: until you disconnect Shippadkit from your account.
  • Source code snapshots: not retained — pushed straight to your GitHub and discarded from our servers.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold on you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Port your data to another service
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with UODO (the Polish data protection authority) at uodo.gov.pl

To exercise these rights, email info@inspirationvibes.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Refund commitment

If we don't ship a working version of Shippadkit by 2026-09-01, you are entitled to a full refund of any pre-order purchase. See our Terms of Service for details.

9. Updates to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll notify waitlist subscribers via email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
