Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-08

1. The product

Shippadkit auto-snapshots every Lovable iteration to your GitHub, currently in pre-launch phase. By using this site, signing up to the waitlist, or pre-ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. Waitlist

Submitting your email to our waitlist is non-binding. You're not buying anything yet, and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@inspirationvibes.com.

3. Pre-orders

After 2026-05-14, we may offer "early access" pre-orders via Stripe Payment Links at $99 lifetime. A pre-order grants you a lifetime license to Shippadkit once we ship it.

Pre-order pricing is locked at the time of purchase. Prices for new buyers may change post-launch.

4. Refund guarantee

If we do not ship a working version of Shippadkit by 2026-09-01, you are entitled to a full refund of your pre-order, processed via Stripe within 14 days of your request. Email info@inspirationvibes.com with your Stripe transaction ID to claim.

We track every pre-order commitment internally. If we decide not to build Shippadkit, we will refund all pre-orders proactively, without you needing to ask.

5. Pre-launch alpha

When first shipped, Shippadkit will be alpha-quality software. We make no warranties about uptime, completeness of features, or absence of bugs. Use at your own risk. We will, however, work to fix critical issues and communicate openly about progress.

6. Your code, your GitHub, your responsibility

Shippadkit pushes commits to GitHub repositories you authorize via OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Granting access only to repositories you own or have permission to modify
  • Reviewing pushed commits before promoting them to your main branch
  • Complying with any third-party licenses present in the code your Lovable project generates
  • Revoking the GitHub OAuth token via GitHub Settings → Applications when you stop using Shippadkit

You also agree not to abuse the service to spam GitHub, evade rate limits, store stolen code, or violate Lovable's or GitHub's terms of service.

7. Limit of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of code, force-pushed commits overwriting your work, or downtime of GitHub or Lovable.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts competent for the seat of Inspiration Vibes Sp. z o.o.
